A flash video I recorded to introduce the lecture entitled "How to lead a project " that I gave at the last edition of EXPOMANAGEMENT held in Madrid last May.

Most of my professionals lectures, are focused on leading projects, organizations/teams, or to self-leadership; sometimes treating the issue generically, and other ore specifying some aspects of the necessary attitude to lead in critical situations, radical changes,  in risky environments, in team management, on focusing to results, and so on.

I must say that I am very satisfied with how I improving as speaker, because I notice that the concepts speak about, coming from my actual experience lived intensely in both the professional and extreme adventures, are strong, credible, enlightening and quite well transmitted to the audience.
