MY 12 CONCEPTS FOR 2013

Everest Trekking Photo

About to start a new year we usually make some balance on the previous year and aim very good intentions for the new one.

So powerful is this change of cycle, that usually we get  very encouraged by what’s to come, as all our good intentions for next year come to us as really possible, getting us convinced to be able to achieve our goals.

I truly wish that to everyone, but without intention of wanting to be negative, but rather realistic, I would like to share with you my opinion that the most important thing is not what we think or what we program, but what really "We Do". Thinking is very  important, but it is free. Planning is essential but finally this is rectifiable. So what really counts is the action, which is what really bring us a certain result really related with what we intended to do.

For this reason, I do not wish you that 2013 will come true your dreams, but I really wish you to make your projects; moving one of your dreams to the category of a project, and make the project leading to effective action.

To accompany this wish, I expose the 12 concepts that will work this year, spending a month in each one through different pathways: Posts on this website, networking comments, articles, and some concrete action that will serve me for me to put into action some of my projects, and also as an example or reflection for everyone else to follow. These monthly factors for 2013 are:

1) LIVING WITH UNCERTAINTY. ADAPTATION AND CHANGE.

2) MANAGING RISK

3) BALANCE BETWEEN RISK AND FAILURE

4) LONELINESS AS AN EXPANSIVE FACTOR FOR SELF-CONFIDENCE

5) GRADUATING AMBITION AND LIMITS

6) SEARCHING GOOD LUCK

7) THE MIND’S POWER

8) POSITIVE ATTITUDE

9) PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION

10) BEING FOCUSED  TO ACHIEVEMENT

11) CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP

12) BE HAPPY TO LEAD

I wish everyone a good 2013, hoping that we can share a lot of experiences and learning.

    Hola Albert,
    Gràcies Albert, endavant i força!

Intense experiences to learn a little bit every day
