Young people have the fascinating and complex responsibility of creating the future. Their own future and also world’s future.

One of the ways to maximize the learning I have acquired from my adventure and entrepreneur challenges, is to help convey to younger leadership attitudes about their lives and their life projects.

I have always been associated with movements and initiatives promoting activities, sports or entrepreneurship among young people, but now I make one more step and I have joined Núria Andreu, Specialized Coach in leadership for companies and for young people, in developing a very powerful program aimed at boys and girls between 18 and 25, the key ages for management, decision and approach for very important facts in their lives.

The YOUNG LEADERSHIP PROGRAM – FACING THE FUTURE is a 4-day event that will help young participants to be aware of where they are, to set up personal and professional goals, and take action to get it.

The next edition will be held from 19 to 22 April.
