At a time of radical and accelerated change, maximum uncertainty and complex horizons, when everybody adapting, transforming or reinventing himself, the concept of "Adventure" fits perfectly as a basic attitude to move towards new physical, social, professional or mental spaces, which we will necessarily have to discover in the future.

As a person who likes new challenges, I want to share with the audience one hour, where our life project leadership will be the centerpiece from which we will try to visualize how we want our future to determine what we need, what we have to leave over, what attitude is required, and where will we get the energy from, in order to focus it.
