CYCLING THE GRANDES ALPES

The true fans of sports in general and of the bicycle in particular, we do not understand it only as an activity to put on a bib and compete, but also or apart from it, as a means to live intensely, travel and discover new environments.

There are occasions when you have the opportunity to make an intense challenge in a place that brings full meaning to this philosophy of sports life; and without any doubt, the integral traverse of the French Alps along the Grandes Alpes route is one of these opportunities.

We will be a week pushing our physical capacity to overcome the cumulative positive 19,000 meters and cycle the 720 kilometres with 18 of the highest mountain passes in the Alps, but we will also stop to take some photos, tasting something of the local gastronomy and, above all, enjoying some amazing landscapes that from the speed and effort of the bicycle is the best way to contemplate them.

We are not racing, but we are not going for a soft trip either. We will not wear bib number, but we will wear a permanent smile on the face that will identify us. We are not the best cyclists, but we will enjoy like the best in the world. Nobody else come with us, but you will join us through this site where we will share all the content and reflections that we accumulate during the route. And thanks to the Racetracker system, you can also follow us live online as we progress.

We start on Sunday the 22nd… See you on this website!
