<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>Albert\u2019s next personal challenge is running the GOBI MARCH adventure race in Mongolia from July 28 to August 3, but with this he is proposing a greater (and much more valuable) challenge shared with all of you, in order to protect a part of the forest territories most threatened and with greater ecological value, such as mature forests.<\/p>\n
The sport goal will be running 250,000 meters (250Km.) in self-sufficiency during 6 stages through the Gobi steppe desert. And the charity goal is obtaining resources to protect 250,000 square meters (25 Hectares) of the \u00abMilany Forest\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>Albert Bosch always tries to make his adventures sustainable and focused to disseminate and promote attitudes and actions of respect and environmental protection. But with this initiative he wants to go a little further, proposing to create a small community of active protectors of a key part of our natural environment.<\/p>\n
He says that whenever he takes part in this kind of challenges, he sees that there are athletes from other countries who take charity actions taking advantage of all the energy and visibility in their activity. But they are almost always charity actions with social issues, which, although they are very important and of great value, tend to leave little room for environmental causes. For this reason, and although it is not so easy to connect with the emotions of people with an environmental protection action, he will be focused on this issue, because in the end, taking care of nature is the most social thing possible. To be in solidarity with nature is to be with all of humanity. Protecting forests is key to having a healthy nature. And having a healthy nature is key to having a healthy society.<\/p>\n
From 1\u20ac you can already protect 100m2 of this forest for a year. The objective is to preserve 25 Hectares (250,000m2) for a minimum of 25 years (extendable), according to the agreements with the property and to be considered a Great Forest Reserve.<\/p>\n
